How We Check Prices, Offers and Facts
Published · How we check
StarsEarn compares ways to buy, earn and cash out Telegram Stars and crypto, and links to partners that pay us when you sign up. This page explains where our numbers come from, how often we re-check them, how we make money and how to report a mistake. If we haven't tried something ourselves, we say what our information is based on.
Where the Numbers Come From
- GRAM (TON) price — CoinGecko first, then Kraken's and Bybit's public tickers if CoinGecko fails — refreshed every 15 minutes.
- Telegram Stars prices — Telegram's in-app pack prices and the price Fragment shows, converted at the live GRAM rate.
- Exchange fees — Each exchange's own fee schedule or help-centre page, linked from the fee checker. Last checked 8 Oct 2026.
- Mini-app tokens — Prices from the exchanges that list them — Kraken, Bybit, OKX and Gate — every 15 minutes.
- AI tool plans and prices — The vendors' own pricing pages. Last checked 8 Oct 2026.
- App ratings — Apple's App Store numbers, read through Apple's public search API. Last checked 16 Oct 2026.
- Partner offers and codes — Read on the partner's own site or affiliate dashboard before we publish them, and re-checked monthly.
How We Make Money
Kraken, Bybit, BridgeMind, Railway and the Hub Aggregator bot reward us — with a commission, a share of fees or credits — when someone signs up through our links, and some of them give you a code or bonus for it (Kraken's code is starsearn, BridgeMind's STARSEARN). Using our link never makes your price higher. We don't sell placements or rankings, and we also show options that pay us nothing when they suit you better — Telegram Wallet in countries where exchanges aren't available, for example.
What We Don't Do
- No star ratings of our own and no invented reviews. A rating on our pages is the App Store's, with the date we read it.
- No test results we didn't run. A comparison built from what companies publish says so.
- No financial advice: crypto prices move, and an offer can change after we checked it — the date of each check is on the page.
Corrections
On 17 October 2026 we removed made-up star ratings from three partner pages, replaced one publication date used on every guide with each page's real launch day, and took down a timed tool comparison we couldn't back with a recorded run. Found something wrong? Email [email protected] with the page and the problem — we check it against the source and fix it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does StarsEarn get paid by the exchanges and tools it links to?
Some of them, yes. Kraken, Bybit, BridgeMind, Railway and the Hub Aggregator bot reward us — with a commission, a share of fees or credits — when someone signs up through our links. It never makes your price higher, and some options we show — Telegram Wallet, for one — pay us nothing.
Are the ratings on StarsEarn real?
We don't publish star ratings of our own. Where a page shows a rating, it is the App Store's own number for that app, with the date we read it. Until 17 October 2026 three partner pages carried made-up ratings in their code; we removed them.
How fresh are the prices?
Live prices refresh automatically: GRAM (formerly TON) every 15 minutes from CoinGecko, Kraken or Bybit, the market table every 5 minutes. Fixed numbers such as fees and plan prices are re-checked by hand at least every 45 days, and the page shows the date of the last check.
What do the Published and Updated dates mean?
Published is the day a page first went live. Updated is the last time its content changed in a way a reader would notice — not a typo fix. The same dates go into the page's structured data and our sitemap.
How do I report a mistake?
Email [email protected] with the page and what's wrong. We check it against the source, fix it and note the date on the page.
